Order Processing

With all straightforward orders, we endeavor that your products be shipped according to the method and date chosen during checkout. 


Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders over $75.  Please note that Free Shipping is only available for orders within the Continental Unites States.  Orders to Alaska,  Hawaii and Puerto Rico, as well as APO/FPO boxes and all other international destinations are excluded from Free Shipping.

Our free shipping method is on all orders over $75, before shipping fees, applicable taxes and after discounts. These orders are usually shipped via USPS Ground Mail. Mailing times vary depending on delivery zones. However, if it is more cost effective for UniikStuff to mail it via Priority Flat Rate Mail, then this option is chosen.

USPS Priority Mail

For all orders in the Continental United States, our preferred shipping method is via USPS Priority Mail. We offer various shipping options upon checkout in your cart. Depending on your delivery location, we might suggest FedEx or UPS as an alternative shipping method. This is mostly used for International shipments where prices vary depending on location and shipping speed.

Delivery time vary between 2-5 business days - depending on delivery zone.  Each order is updated with a tracking # upon dispatching.


Monday - Saturday Delivery

*Orders are shipped on business days (Monday-Saturday). During holidays and peak times, shipping times may be extended.


When will my order ship?
We know you're excited to get your products, therefore we strive to ship all orders the same day if received by 1pm Mountain Standard Time. Otherwise, it will ship the following morning.  Orders are packaged and shipped on business days (Monday - Saturday). However, shipping may be delayed during peak times.


To accelerate the delivery of orders containing out-of-stock items, we may need to divide your order into two or more separate shipments - at no additional shipping charge.


Some exceptions:

  • Any payment processing issues may delay your shipment if we need to contact you for a resolution.  This also includes any order that doesn't pass our merchant fraud check. (be sure to provide the credit card billing address and zip code).  We want to make sure it's you that is ordering from us!
  • Make sure to provide us with an accurate address.  If we cannot verify your shipment address we will hold your shipment until we can verify your address.  We attempt to contact you immediately.
  • We strive to keep accurate stock levels and update them in real time, but occasionally a product simply runs our of stock.  We will contact you by phone or email in such a case and notify you of when the order is expected to be in stock.  You can then choose waiting for the item, or cancel your order and be refunded. Should this order include multiple items and one or more items may be out of stock, we will split your order into different shipments at no additional cost to you.


Where is my order shipped from?
All orders are shipped from Phoenix Arizona, USA, and all returns are shipped to the same location and address.  This ensures a seamless and more efficient order and return process as your products are always coming from one location, and not from third party vendors at different locations. 

If one or more items are on back order, when will I receive my order?
We strive to have all items in stock and ready to go.  In the rare instance that an order is back ordered due to a sales promotion,  we will ship your in-stock items immediately and your out-of-stock items as soon as they are available - at no additional charge to you.

Can I ship to an address other than my own?
Yes. When ordering online, you have the option of entering a separate shipping address. For phone orders, simply notify the customer service associate that you wish to ship your order to another address. Please make sure that your billing address matches your payment method address, to ensure no delays on verification. If you would like to include a personalized note with a product, please send us a quick email with your wording, and we'd be happy to include a nice card with your note!

What if I entered my address incorrectly?
Additional shipping charges will be applied if the given delivery address is incorrect and therefore returned, or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location.  Communication is key, if you notice a wrong address or information on your account, give us a call or email us to notify us of the change.
